The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area of bled and is close to the bus station/ center. Supermarket and place to do laundry right across the road. The owner Colleen was such an amazing person that made it feel like home, she gave lots of good advices what do to and which transportation to use.

Hands down for the Idea for coming up and designing such unique place. You can definitely feel a magic there - this place definitely has a soul. Owners were awesome, breakfast included handpicked homegrown veggies from the garden just outside. You won’t find a second place like this

Very generous staff, they will help in any way they can if possible. The facilities are all very good. The kitchen, bathrooms, toilettes, all very practical and they provide clean towels to every guest. It’s a place where mostly young people reside, at least that’s how it was when I was there in the summer. The location is at the very center of Bled where the bus station is so you are able to organise well for eventual trips by buses or shuttles to nearby sights.

Housed in an old monastery building, 1A Adventure Hostel is set in Lesce, 3.9 km from Bled. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar, fire up a barbecue and enjoy the sun terrace.

Everything was really good. Hostel is surprisingly clean. Plenty of showers and toilets outside the rooms. Some comments mentioned the church bell tolling early in the morning but I did not hear it during my stay :) Breakfast is basic but cheap. A free shuttle bus between Bled and the hostel. I would stay there again.

My experience at the hostel was great. The owner and staff were really kind and helpful, helping out with things to do and visit in the region. Also the location is perfect, 1: you are at the station of Lesce which gives you good connection to a lot of different city’s in Slovenia and Austria. 2: Bled is really close to go visit, you could rent a bike or take a short bus ride to go visit. I like to be close to touristic places but not stay in too busy areas, that’s why it was perfect for me.

Brilliant place with uberfriendly staff and atmosphere. Room was very clean and comfy. Common areas not only clean but also very functional. Brekfast was really good with a lot of choices and homemade products too. Would recommend and happily stay again :)
