I have stayed at this hostel four times now and just love it. The staff are particularly helpful especially Oscar at the front desk, he remembered who I was each time and did his best to help me out as much as he could. the staff at the cafe were also fantastic offering my mum free ice each day for her foot injury. I can’t really fault to this hostel it’s just great!!

The service provided by the staff and most of all Jerome were excellent. We got all what we requested and even the additional free breakfasts. All hotel is super clean, the cleaners are passing regularly and do a good job. The swimming pool is using a salted water system, which is ecological and free of chemical substances. The family room with big bunk beds for the children and living room with small kitchenette and TV was very comfortable. The kitchen and playing room (with board games) on the first floor. The coffee is just one floor down. Nice hotel beach and nearby beaches were excellent and clean. Free kayaks and paddle board provided by hotel. Good jogging routes around the hotel. Massage place and local restaurants nearby the hotel.

I cannot rate this hostel highly enough! It is simply the BEST in Koh Samui. The staff, Wan & Piak, went above and beyond everyday during our stay, from helping us finding a rental scooter place, to asking how our day was, and overall just being such lovely helpful people, they definitely made our stay feel like home ( the fluffy blankets were a bonus too!!). All of the facilities were cleaned every single day, the rooms smelt amazing, and the location itself was very good! We felt so sad to leave here- we absolutely loved it, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Samui! ❤️
