I can't say enough good things about this place! Perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, the best we've ever tasted on Zanzibar. Coconuts Bandas is located right on the beach. The whole team is very friendly and works hard to make your stay special. The included breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. The shared bathroom is clean and well maintained. There is a Kite school, a restaurant, and a lil Spa and boutique. Team is very helpful with organizing transport and activities like swimming with dolphins, BBQ on a small white sandbank, snorkeling, shopping tours. It is all these little things making a stay at Coconuts Bandas very special and priceless. Big value for money.

This place was the best! Great vibes, you can just chill alone or meet other travellers. Breakfast was amazing. Many spots to work from. Room has little lockers and their own keys so no need for a padlock

We felt TOTALLY at home! Extended our stay for a further 2 nights! Extremely reluctant to check out! We were all up in tears when we left, as we were like family! All thanks to our fabulous hostess Maria, not forgetting Joseph and Kimu. Professional, efficient and so warm and kind! Loved the decor, ambiance and delicious dishes cooked by Maria! Fantastic location as it was less than 5 min walk to the beautiful beach and not far from the cbd. We would definitely recommend anyone to check in already! We will be back Maria and crew. Tatu is a delight. Mambo Sol is relaxed, secure, convenient, clean, friendly, value-for-money, good vibe, good place for meeting people, staff are helpful. Being able to use the kitchen is a bonus.
