I stayed with Chi's family few weeks ago. Probably received the best company and hospitality while staying in Vietnam. Chi is absolutely wonderful, you could ask for any question to Chi, and Chi and the family is the most approachable and warm people you could imagine. Beautiful garden and wonderful facility. Chi is great cook also, absolutely enjoyed every moment I was there. I borrowed bicycle, and when it rained Chi let me borrow her umbrella.

I got there by mistaken however, it was the best choice so far. Lovely staff, specially “Na” I run cash out and my credit card did not work neither, though they helped me to figure out. Very obliging people all time.

An excellent hotel tucked away in a quiet alley just steps from the bustling tourist street. The staff is super friendly, and the service is top-notch. Spotlessly clean – both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. There’s air conditioning and a fan, but I didn’t need them since I visited in January, and it wasn’t hot. Hot water is available in both the shower and the sink, which is a huge plus in Vietnam. They also provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, toothbrushes, and towels). Everything was fresh, clean, and neatly organized. Plenty of power outlets for charging devices, which is super convenient.

The host was very helpful. Arranged a taxi to take us to the waterfalls, and to Hoi An. The laundry service was very good and quick. Its a bit far from the city center but if you're not afraid to walk it's not a problem.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeted us with warmth and kindness. They helped us book transport and gave us recommendations of places to visit which was very appreciated. Despite booking a 10 person room we were put in a 6 bed room with 2 beds empty so it was great in that regards. The included brekkie was also very delicious - overall a great price for a night in Hue.

Really lovely and open hearted staff. There was lots of options for breakfast and everyone was really welcoming. The rooms are cleaned and the beds made every morning which is great. The shower pressure was perfect.

It was so magical @ Rubi's Hostel. We met so many locals and shared dinner with them. Chi was really funny and we had heaps of good laughs. The kitchen has everything what you need to prepare a good dish. Free rental bikes were awesome as well to explore the region. We would definetly come back one day! Just loved it! Karma feelings forever ☯️!
