It’s a beautiful place, build by a retired mother that worked as a teacher and now wants to leave a bussiness for her two dauthers. You can see the love on the place and wanting to do stuff as good as possible. They have little semiapartments with shared half kitchens (not stove but fridge, a sink, glasses and plates), the room I stayed had a balcony with beautiful views to the nile river, had airconditioning but also a fan, so you can chose. The shower has a heater, and though it has an interesting design just in the middle of the toilet, it works and is very good. The owner incredibly nice, very nice person to talk with. Her dauther is the only one doing Bird watching tours in Aswan (even being featured on the Lonely planet).

Unbeatable room views, straight on the river. The cafe at the front is also incredible. The hostel is very social, with plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the views, food, drinks. They offer kayak and private access to the river. The owner is a kind, well travelled and welcoming man. 10/10 stay.

If you are in a tight budget, it's fine to book place. It's a bit noisy. Compact, elevator is good for 4 person. Easy to find the place but not accurate in the map. Long time waiting for the in charge to reply for my call. I asked every single person along the way where is that place exactly. Confusing

The property is very clean and staff are supportive. We have to share the room . But it’s safe. Alhamdulillah. For Solo traveller best option in Budget.

My stay at the Oasis hostel was quite comfortable. Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Each room has locker space . I was initially a bit hesitant as a solo female traveller , but the hostel is pretty safe and has a separate wing for women. The kitchen and dining room also came in handy !

The manager Shoaib could not do enough for me. He was fantastic! I was a female travelling alone arriving early hours in the morning and he arranged a cheap transfer and I was taken to my accommodation safely and breakfast was ordered the next morning. I had clear directions and suggestions for activities in the day. I had a comfortable sleep and all facilities were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return 😃

Staff were friendly, good location. Very clean and the beds had privacy curtains, plug, small safe within bunk for small valuables and lockers under beds. Nice cosy hostel, I didn't socialise much as I was so tired but chatted and spent the day with a few other guests the next day, people were chilling downstairs in the evening which seemed like a nice vibe.

We were very impressed by the humility and the genuine service of the Nubian hosts. Mostapha, the owner of the building where the hostel is located, took us for a beautiful tour of the nile around Aswan in which we watched rare birds at the nearby protectorate, swam at bank of the river in a beautiful and crystal clean location, and finally, visited the lovely nubian village (gharb suheil). The breakfast was satisfactory, the room was spacious, and the private bathroom, located outside the room was workable. Great budget choice!

Ahmed is a wonderful host. From the moment I walked in the door, he did everything he could to make me feel at home in the UAE. His guidance for coming from the airport was also helpful.
Note that there is no outside signage and the guesthouse is actually a converted 8th floor flat in a standard apartment bloc.
For a budget stay I felt incredibly safe and comfortable throughout. There is a shared kitchen you can use plus two bathrooms, and the place is just a few mins ride from the bus stop (taxis are a necessity in Abu Dhabi).

Just contact the person in charge. And I found Mr Mahmoud guide me to be arrived on the hostel location. He was so polite and a nice person and will help you to reach your room. Cheap and worthy to stay as traveller because the room, toilet, and shared kithcen is clean. I recommend this place to stay as cheap and have a lot of nice restaurant arround.
