Een bijzondere aardige host, Omar verwelkomde ons met een fris welkomstdrankje en helpt graag bij al je vragen. Het ontbijt was verrukkelijk! Het eiland is prachtig, weg van de drukte. Het hotel ligt net van de Nijl af en heeft zo zijn voordelen, rust. Verder slenteren door de smalle steegjes en elke keer ontdek je iets nieuws. Veel bijzondere eilandbewoners ontmoet. Een top vakantie!

DoroKa Nubian House heeft een privéstrand, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Aswan. It’s value for money, the staff were all warm and accommodating! Ahmad, the manager helped us arranged the excursions to Abu Simbel and to Luxor. It all went well and felt safe. Both trips require us to get up early, they were so nice to pack up breakfast meals for us. We tried to have dinner and it was delicious, we enjoyed the meat tagine in particular, similar taste to moroccan tagine actually. Internet was working, not so strong but it’s expected so nothing to complain about. The corner room on our last night was weak, it was okay coz we just crash to sleep for our early morning trip. Overall, everything went well and practically just what we need to experience Nubian community. Thanks to everyone for their hospitality.

The place is near everything, very clean with a place to enjoy and chill, the room are confortable and clean, locker are available for small luggage. Its not expensive.

I was feeling quite exhausted from my travels in Egypt, but the incredible kindness I received here completely turned my mood around. The male staff member is exceptionally kind—honestly, he is the kindest person I have ever met in Egypt. They even gave me a free room upgrade and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. This is truly the best accommodation. If I ever return to Aswan, I will definitely stay here again. Best place in Aswan!

Nice place, good staff, clean matrasses. I like the overall place, it was very cozy. I would book this place again if I happen to travel to Abu Dhabi once again.
