Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Free private parking is available on site and there is free WiFi access throughout the property. Nicely situated, with a magnific vue, the rooms were proper and very fiendly and helpful staff. I will go and visit again. :)))

Everything has been made to a high standard. The dorm beds are comfortable and there are good key card lockers. The toilets and shower facilities are very good. The buffet breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day. Even the coffee is good. Dinner can also be taken in the canteen. The hostel is just a short walk from the nearest bus stop and supermarket.

The decoration, the lighting, the wonderful big kitchen with so many different things to cook with! The lovely dining room to eat meals or just relax. The beds were super comfortable and good storage space for luggage. It was only a short walk to Wengen and the ability to access walking trails, bike hire or shops so the location was fantastic and such beautiful views. We were shown wonderful hospitality and even given a few suggestions for activities we could do the day we left.

The room was clean and comfortable and so was the shared bathroom. We had an amazing experience in Pontebba thanks to the wonderful hosts who gave us good recommendations and a nice chat.

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the hostel. Absolutely loved my stay here. Patricia and Atillio were so helpful, even though there was a large language barrier we managed well. They picked and dropped me off from Longarone. It’s pretty remote but I liked that and once you figured out the buses it was fine, the stop is a 2 minutes walk. If you want more flexibility I would suggest hiring a car. Such a beautiful view from the hostel. And everything was so clean, all amenities worked well and kitchen well equipped. Thank you!
