This place is miles ahead of the other nearby hostels in terms of facilities, cleanliness and customer service. It's just a 5min walk from the main street, secluded enough to get some peace and hear the nature, surrounded by picturesque hills 🌲 Stayed for 2 weeks and always had great quality sleep in the rooms. Firm mattresses and thick pillows, which is a rare find in a hostel! Rooms, bathrooms and common areas are always spotless, with staff working round the clock to ensure this. The fully air-conditioned lobby has a huge social space with a bar, TV, beanbags, ping pong. Perfect place to chill out and meet people. Love the nightly events held by the hostel (beer pong, trivia, movie nights, pizza, cheese and wine) its really a great way to meet like minded travellers. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, they're all extremely hospitable and make the vibe here what it is. :) For only being open for 3 months, this hostel is doing everything right. Can't wait to return as they plan to open a swimming pool!

Loads of space and clean hostel which is not a party hostel. Love that

Everything is really clean and, and me with my friends love playing beach volley tournaments and taking nice swims at the pool

The social atmosphere was amazing, the kitchen was large and comfortable, the wifi worked really well (I took a few job interviews on Zoom in the mornings from an outside seating area and it was great). It was a really comfortable place to stay and I was honestly sad to leave. There were a lot of long-termers but they were incredibly welcoming and I became friends with a lot of them quite quickly and felt like I had a little community there for the five days that I was in Airlie!

This is my second time staying at a hostel. The atmosphere here is great—the owner is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. People often gather around one table for friendly conversations. Recommend this place.

Beds were large and very comfortable. Big bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Very good location on the main street of Airlie Beach.
