This is a small hostel and he introduces each new guest to everyone as he gives them a tour. This meant we felt comfortable to chat and get to know one another, moreso than in other hostels. Mike has a talent for making you feel 'at home'. I loved how clean and fresh everything was. This is a well cared for environment and there is even a place to wash your feet outside before coming in from the beach. Location: Excellent! Couldn't be better, 2 min walk to the Sea Garden and beach and 10 min walk to the Centre and train/bus station.

The room was spacious. The location was quiet and about a 20-minute walk from the airport. The balcony door had a mosquito net, which was really useful. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe – more than enough. Hot water ran instantly, no waiting at all. The bathroom was equipped with soap and shower gel. The room had a fridge with a freezer, and everything in the bathroom dried quickly. Convenient self check-in. We would be happy to come back again.
