The staff were helpful and caring, the breakfast was complete, the hostel has a nice garden to chill and where community events are organized, the beds have curtains for privacy, there is enough bathrooms in the hostel to use, they organise activities and shuttle, the facility is clean. Be aware for allergy: There are one dog and two cats, all adorables, always around.
There is a common kitchen and fridge if needed as well as washing machine service for an additional cost. I washed my clothes myself (by hands) and could dry them in the garden.

My friend and I were visiting San Ignacio for a couple of nights and we had the most comfortable stay at Bella's. We took the private room with two beds and a bath -- cozy, super clean, well maintained and air conditioned. Plenty of common spaces across four floors, including a well equipped shared kitchen which has pretty much all you could need. They're located just steps away from downtown SI which meant public transit was always accessible. The staff was incredible and offered us every support possible. The resident kittens were a special highlight!

the staff are very helpful! both of them are very attentive Laila and the young man I forgot his name .
Xavier was so helpful and was always there when I needed something. Great common area to hang out and meet new friends. The hostel is quiet and it's right in the middle of everything. The location is perfect for grabbing street foods or something from the grocery stores near by. Will definitely recommend to solo travelers.

Great location in San Ignacio to explore on a stop over to Guatamala or as a first stop from Belize. They organise ATM cave tour which is well worth it. Chill area with hammocks is a great place to chat to fellow travellers.
Great location on the edge of Downtown.
I was only there one evening so can’t comment too much. They provided a bbq day out for guests so the hostel was super quiet and I had the place to myself.
Private room was simple yet neat and tidy, shower was good.
