First of all, the staff there are very friendly and well motivated, and always there to support their guests. If you don't know about something, just ask them! They are happy to help. It's very safe to stay there. (this town itself is already super safe) you will be provided your own code to get in to your room and so noone who doesn't belong to this room can't enter to your room. It's always clean. The trash cans are categorized by the items and they are very organized. There are soaps, paper towels when you need them. The kitchen is available to anybody. That's where people socialize with others here. You can store your stuffs in refrigerator and you can use any plates and silvers, but make sure that you wash the things you used. The location is perfect! The port and downtown Charlottetown are in walking distance. You will have a lot of fun without a car.(With car, you can have more fun). I will definitely come back here for my next trip to PEI. One of the unforgettable memories of PEI.
