Sherbrooke Metro Station is 5 minutes’ walk away. Not being for the fact that there were six of us in the room, I would call it a hotel. Warm pancakes straight from the pan, beautiful spacious sunny kitchen / chill & work area, super friendly staff, a rooftop terrace with a spectacular view of Montréal, cleanliness spot on, bed comfy, location superb.

They also offer City Tour daily and you just pay whatever amount you like for the volunteer. They have a huge dining area and kitchen, a mini bar, a library/reading room, a coffee room, reading nook every corner, and a nice lobby to chill. No elevator so you will surely get your exercise if you have a room in 2nd or 3rd level. Very close to all good spots in Old Quebec and about 30-45mins away from Montmorency Falls. Lots of restaurants around the area, and very close to Place d’Youville, Petit Champlain, Chateau Frotenac, and more.
