Exceptionally helpful staff. Allowed us to check in early when we arrived after a cold night at a campsite. Also, helped to solve other issues always with a smile on their face.
Hostel is also centrally located within walking distance to all main attractions in the town.

Nice and cozy place. Very peaceful and away from the crowds. Not too many people stay in the hostel at once, so it felt like a family. (There is one male and one female dorm)
Installations were very clean and organized. The hostel manager was nice and friendly.

Nice location, a bit apart from the city center so way quieter. Big building with lots of shared space. There’s a cafe in the hostel, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very friendly staff. Clean facilities. Free parking.

My daughter and her friend have been staying since November.
It was initially recommended to me, as a a great place to stay if you're new to Banff, as the atmosphere is both welcoming and friendly.
Its not the cheapest hostel but the staff are great, the location is excellent and they both feel comfortable and safe.
