Guest rooms include a safety deposit box. the host is very friendly, the room is hugeee and the breakfast spread is totally worth the money. It was big portion for us, we ended up bring the leftover for lunch during the day.

All rooms at Youth Hostel Grindelwald have wooden furniture and offer nice mountain views. Front view from the room is great & Very nice location to approach to the whole grindelwalt.

Showers and toilets are located on every floor (basement, 1st and 2nd floor). All the staff are very friendly, the facilities and cleanliness are excellent, we really enjoyed our days here. The breakfast is very good and the best of all is Remy who welcomed us with joy every morning in the lobby :)

The Berggasthaus First offers simply furnished dormitory rooms with bright wooden furniture, shared bathroom facilities, a ski bar, and a lounge. Free WiFi is available in public areas and the guest house offers direct access to the ski slopes. Ski passes are not included in the room price. The room was clean and the place was incomparable. I met really cool people in this hotel and it felt fantastic to know other travellers in such a secluded place. Would recommend anyone to spend a few days there.
