Fantastic Hostal! The staff were so kind and accomodating, letting us check in early both times (we stayed here before and after W trek) and the stored our bags for us while we did the hike. They even assisted in having my lost credit card shipped to the hostel to collect. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Only short walk to town from the hostel but very close to the bus station (under 5 minute walk) which was so helpful day of starting our Torres Del Paine trip.
