They were very helpful and responsive, you can rent hiking poles for cheap price. Forgot some stuff there in the morning and till the evening they searched for it and kept it for me, great management

Breakfast was delicious and after travelling for a few weeks this was the best sleep we had all had in a long time. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating and the resident dog was very adorable.

All rooms include a shared bathroom with a shower, while certain rooms also offer a kitchenette with a fridge. It's simple house with five rooms and you really feel like at home. The host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable (there's no window but a roof skylight). Even in January it was heated and there's really hot water. Kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have problems with cooking.

The host Gerardo went out of his way to make our stay perfect! He not only “saved” our W trek by lending us some of his hiking sticks last minute but he also gave us several rides around town (as the hostel was more quiet given that it’s low season). The room was cozy, warm and quiet. The storage and laundry machine came in handy for our trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, loved the self service and coffee was always ready early in the morning :) on our last night Gerardo showed us how to make the most delicious Chilenan completos (hotdogs). We were truly sad when we had to leave!
