(They speak fluent English, as well as French and Chinese. They are a happy Chinese-French couple.) They provided advice and help in every aspect, making my trip smooth and doubling my happiness. I will come back if I have the chance. I have already recommended it to my friends, and they can't wait to come to Yangshuo and relax at this hotel.

All the staff are incredibly helpful even though some don't speak English. Location was perfect, very walkable to everywhere in town. The single room with balcony was very comfortable and clean - I especially loved the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains!

His passion for helping guests shines through, and by the end, it felt like staying with a friend, not just a host. If you want a welcoming, affordable, and well-located spot, Cyan Box (and Joe!) is the answer. Don’t miss it! Highly recommended!
