Staff is so nice and polite, they helped us for the visit to the National Park, moved us in a better room for free and gave us extra blankets. They have a translator for speaking in english so no problem for the communication. Super place to stay 🧡

She also organized us our tour and booked all the tickets. The dinner she ordered for us was amazing. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without her.

Close to the entry gate in Wulingyuan and staff helped with routes through the park, shuttles, etc. Great stay, would highly recommend.

The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. It's truly excellent value for money. My bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Having lockers inside the room was a huge plus for security and peace of mind. A really nice touch upon arrival was receiving shower gel, toilet paper, slippers, and a toothbrush – perfect when you're trying to pack light! What really stood out was their understanding of female travelers' needs. During an unexpected situation, I found myself without essential feminine hygiene products. I hesitantly asked a female staff member if they had any available for purchase or if she knew where I could get some nearby. To my immense relief and appreciation, she discreetly provided me with what I needed free of charge. Overall, I felt very safe, respected, and well taken care of here. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hostel highly enough to other women traveling alone.
