Hikes without people. 45 mn Hike before reach the hostel. But it is the Price to keep this place unique . Bedroom opened on the jungle . Kindless , community spirit . The units in the hostel are fitted with a coffee machine. Complete with a shared bathroom, the rooms at The Cafecito Surfhouse - Santa Teresa are fitted with air conditioning, and certain rooms are fitted with a seating area. All units will provide guests with a fridge. Cafecito Surf feels like home. The place is cozy and only a few minutes away from the beach. They offer really nice coffee, and I even had the time to learn how to make "Gallo Pinto" a traditional dish. I spent 4 nights at Cafecito and took 1 surf lesson, this was my second time surfing. Leni gave me the confidence I needed not to freak out. Next time I'll make sure I stay longer to keep learning. Surfing in Santa Teresa is an experience everyone should try at least once.

Comfy beds, everything you need, waking up with birds in the middle of the garden. Heyner’s family is so nice, his wife is cooking a great breakfast and dinner. They booked the mangrove trip which was amazing and we had horseback riding with Heyner. It was a great experience . We will definitely come back!!

They had lots of tour info and spoke English, so communicating was easy. Always kept very clean. Loved that there was a restaurant/bar. Breakfast was great, loved the nachos. Probably our favorite place so far! And we will definitely recommend!
