the staff was very friendly and helpful. we really loved the overall atmosphere in the common areas. the hotel was centrally located and easily accessible. the rooms were very comfortable and clean. since we weren’t used to the northern cold, the staff kindly provided extra blankets for us right away. it’s definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

Capsules were cozy, very clean as well. The capsules was safe as it was password protected. Location was also very convenient as it was near to a lot of tourist attraction spots. Staff was very friendly and even went out of their way to help me heat up my food and served it on a plate. Best budget stay so far! Would definitely recommend.
