The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff here really go above and beyond , great recommendations for all kind of activities. Special thanks to Mathew, Noor, and all the wonderful cleaning ladies who kept everything spotless and made me feel at home. The breakfast is great and mostly Egyptian food. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are great for meeting other travelers, and the location makes it super easy to explore. They really know how to make a guest feel cared for. Plus the view and the terrace are amazing!

As soon as I arrived, I was immediately checked in even before check-in time. A friendly young lady from reception showed me everything in the hostel. A guy from reception answered all my questions and gave me useful information: how to buy a SIM card, where to go for juice, where to eat seafood, helped me to make an appointment with a dentist, etc. In the end, these tips helped me a lot. Special thanks to the guy at the reception - Shado. He sincerely helped with all issues and helped in difficult situations.
