I have stayed in 8 hotels in Egypt and this is by far the best one. Nice location, just 6 minutes by car from train station or Luxor temple. Great owner, very welcoming and polite. Nice pool. Good price, great value. Big, clean room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in East Bank who is looking for a nice an affordable place to stay.

Mr Happy is a nice person, friendly and kind! He cooked for us a nice breakfast and dinner. After every tour he was waiting us with a cold water bottle.

The apartment was perfect for us, great position with windows and balcony on the Sphinx Avenue, really close to the temple of Luxor and the Luxor Museum. The Egyptian breakfast was excellent, and the staff was really welcoming! Samira, Dina and Sahal took good care of us and the dinners Samira cooked for us were delicious!

The place is managed by nice people which are trustable and helpful to help with organisation of visits and daily stuff. The place is clean and ok for kids. We stayed there with 2.5 year daughter and she could safely play on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is good and it is also possible to get great meal of variety mand huge quantity.
