At the hostel, the rooms include a wardrobe. The check in process was smooth. Cory showed me the room and explained the facilities in the hostel. Free churros and snack in every morning was amazing. The bed was comfortable and it come with a privacy curtain. The bunk bed frame was very stable and no shaking when my bunkmate were moving or climbing the bed.

Persons with motor disabilities who require assistance should contact the hostel directly after making their reservation, as they may be assigned a top bunk in shared rooms, as not all rooms are adapted. We were in the black out day, and the hostel staff was very friendly. We were 10 hours without food and the gave us for free some snacks and fruits. Very friendly, very nice, and very human from them. I highly recommend this place ❤️

The location of the hostel was absolutely central, close to metro and with all attractions and shopping areas in walking distance (max 20 minutes of walking). The staff was also really good. I would like to give a special shout out to Ana who was ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful regardless of the time. She was super friendly and helpful even when she was really busy, she would ensure and take out time to help and assist everyone.

The Bermejo offers simple, traditional décor. Each room has a TV, desk and air conditioning. The team was so pleasant and responsive. Small things were immediately attended to. The location is perfect and the connections to the hostal were quite convenient.

All of the rooms at the Hostal Art feature an en-suite bathroom with amenities and a hairdryer. The staying was very welcoming! We had a couple of welcome mini bottles of wine and chocolate (free) and a gift for when we left. The staff was very nice and present 24/7. The position was optimal, very close to Puerta del sol and perfect to reach by foot every important location. Even tho we were very central the room was quiet and we had a perfect stay.
