The room was comfortable and clean, food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I liked the beautiful garden with benches a lot. They have a storage room for the luggage if you arrive before check-in time and leave after check-out time. That was very useful in our case. If I will come to London again, I will check if they will have a free room. I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, and free daily activities and evening events. It's a very well-organized youth hostel with a charming family atmosphere. The staff is unbeatable. I was assigned a room on the first floor, so I didn't have to carry my suitcase up the stairs, but they'll definitely help if necessary. Group activities are available, and it's excellent for solo travelers. My room, mattress, and pillows were very good. I had a great time. It's a bit crowded, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. It has a living room with a sofa to share, as well as a kitchen and refrigerator, which is a great help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the hostel. I highly recommend it. (This review is on behalf of my daughter, Sofia, an 18-year-old solo traveler.) Please note that there is an age limit for this hostel, which is for youth only.
