The kitchen and lounge space is very comfortable and welcoming. While there's no stove top to cook, there's a microwave and a fridge, and the option of a simple breakfast is available in the morning. The star is most definitely Shazzy in Reception. What a true treasure!!! Shazzy goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is so delightful.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, reception was open 24/7 which was perfect for us. Room was very cute and simply had everything we could need. Very near bus stops that go to and from Bristol Airport regularly. In the perfect location for us, plenty of activities and bars very nearby.

Prijs - kwaliteit en locatie. Het hostel is niet super qua hygiene en voorzieningen, maar het is ook maar wat je betaalt. En dat was wat mij betreft prima in in orde. Locatie is super, in het centrum van Bristol. Op zaterdagavond een hoop lawaai uit de pub beneden én de karaoke kamers op de 1e etage. Dit was vooraf gemeld dus geen verrassing, maar hou er wel rekening mee: oordopjes zijn aan te raden.
