Manana the host is SO kind and helpful. The home is full of awesome quirky art and the building is a local apartment complex so you get a window into local life. Neighbors are so sweet too. My laundry was hanging to dry and it rained and when I came home they’d moved it in for me 🥹 Best shower I had in all of Georgia (super hot and amazing shower head). Fantastic location! Walking distance to everything. Little market super close by for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

It is incredibly clean—the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in Tbilisi—and in an amazing central location, making it perfect for exploring the city. The apartment comes with fantastic extra facilities including a hairdryer, iron, free washing machine, fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay so convenient and comfortable. A huge special thanks to Katrina, the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and she even assisted with luggage storage and allowed me a later check-out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tbilisi!
