Situé à quelques pas de la vieille ville de Lovran et de la plage la plus proche, l'Hostel Link possède un bar avec une terrasse donnant sur la baie de Kvarner. This is a great hostel! The room we had was very good, the furniture is well kept, beds are comfortable, private bathroom was nice and clean with towels provided. The sea view we had from our room was stunning! The location is excellent, with a lovely park in front separating the hostel from the sea promenade and the beach. It is walking distance to Lovran centre and all the restaurants, bars and shops - very convenient! Staff is very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The reception area and lobby are really cute and the terrace is perfect for relaxing over a cup of coffee. Apart from having bunk beds in the room, this feels more like a hotel than a hostel. We would love to stay here again!

My stay at Botel Marina was an absolutely wonderful and unique experience – I can't recommend it enough to anyone visiting Rijeka! First off, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of things yet offering a peaceful retreat on the water. While the boat itself is older, it's been charming and lovingly renovated, creating a truly special and inviting atmosphere. My cabin was admittedly miniature, but incredibly well-designed and cozy. It felt more like a cosy boutique hotel room than a boat cabin, which was a pleasant surprise! For me, cleanliness is paramount, and they truly exceeded expectations here. The room was spotless, the bedding fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean – white, mold-free, and no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus and often hard to find. The small porthole windows let in plenty of natural light, adding to the lovely ambiance. I was genuinely surprised by the thoughtfulness of the room amenities. There was a TV, a kettle with tea, coffee, and even a little biscuit – small but significant touches that really make a difference and make you feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding! Fresh, with a wide variety of choices, including excellent vegan and gluten-free options. This attention to dietary needs is commendable and shows a real care for their guests. A special shout-out also goes to the staff and the parking arrangements. I had reserved parking in advance, and upon arrival, a staff member was actually waiting outside to guide me and ensure I parked smoothly in the marina. Even though the parking is outdoor and uncovered, I felt my car was perfectly safe. Overall, Botel Marina offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, with a fantastic location and invaluable attention to detail. If you're looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Rijeka, look no further – this is it!
