I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The place was extremely clean, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm hospitality from Chandra – he was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure every guest was comfortable. He truly goes above and beyond. The location is also great – very close to a mosque, and hearing the call to prayer five times a day added a peaceful and comforting atmosphere to the experience. I also had the chance to meet some amazing people during my stay, which made it even more special. Chandra and the rest of the staff were all respectful, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I sincerely appreciate their efforts. If I ever come back to Gili T, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you, Chandra, and thanks to THE HOUSE HOSTEL.

Boasting a garden, bar and views of mountain, De Chicktoria Hostel is situated in Pawenang, 4.9 km from Bangsal Harbour. The property is around 6.9 km from Teluk Kodek Harbour, 29 km from Narmada Park and 19 km from Malimbu Hill. Islamic Center Lombok is 22 km from the hostel and Makam Batu Layar is 22 km away. My stay with Heri was perfect. His wife and him have a very welcoming and heartful hospitality. He has built all the accommodations by himself on his lands. He has a garden, grow his own vegetables, he also has chickens and a small cute river for fishes. He takes care of plastic the best way he can and try to go for a more automnous way of living. It is not luxury yet but I am pretty sure it will become better in time since Heri is working on accommodations more and more when money is coming. Rooms are pretty basics but are pretty. The windows gives directly on the nets balcony and that's really lovely. Services is perfect. Hery and his wife we make their best to help you. If you need transportation or information, they help you. Food was also wonderful, cooked by his lovely wife. Location is close to Lombok's main Harbour - 10min drive and there are few village close by. I didn't have the chance to visit since we spent much of our time playing chess and sharing our views with Heri. If you like to meet local people to understand better their cultur and daily life. I strongly recommend to stop by Heri's hostel - De Chicktoria Hostel. My bungalow was clean and confortable with a mosquito net. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

At the hostel, all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe. All rooms are complete with a private bathroom and air conditioning, and some rooms come with a balcony. The units feature a safety deposit box. We loved our stay here. We stayed in the family bungalow and it was perfect change from a dorm room. Very clean and no issues at all. Staff and reps are absolutely incredible and so welcoming. Every night they have a different family dinner, drinking games and pub crawl: both great value for money! 2/3 of the nights we were there people from other hostels had heard about the events and came and joined- which the staff and reps were so welcoming of. Daytime is nice and chilled, good music and nice area to chill out. Location is so easy to reach the port and restaurants via walking or renting a bike from them! This was hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed so far on our trip. Would recommend for anyone to stay here, you won’t be disappointed! So sad to leave:(
