I booked a bed in a 6 bed female dormitory. The room was spacious with a bathroom which was also big. Every bed had a curtain, so you got a sense pf privacy. The room and the bathroom was cleaned everyday. There was also an AC in the room. With every bed there was storage space, just bring youre own padlock. Also everybody gets towels, which is unusula for hostels. I was surprised to see that the hallway which led to the rooms was tastefully decorated with big mirrors, comfortable sofas chairs. There’s also a small dining hall with a fridge, cattle, microwave. Everyday there’s a breakfast for 5e, and a buffet in the evening for 10e and the drinks are included. The garden is nice too. It is very good value for the money you pay.

MOST of the staff members were super friendly and helpful. I totally enjoyed the karaoke night and the beds were very comfortable. In general it was a great place to stay, and I'm totally grateful for the service I was given by them.

good hostel, very clean and the staff is very nice! i booked this thinking i could safe some money by not booking a hostel in florence but for me personally that was a mistake. the trains don‘t run late and i couldn’t fully enjoy the city that way. id you‘re thinking of doing the same thing i would suggest you should invest a little more money into a hostel inside florence. if you simply want to visit this town the hostel is in, it‘s very clean and comfortable and i‘d recommend it!

It was a typical hostel. Clean, efficient and accessible. Great kitchen facilities, drinks machine and fridge room. Customer care excellent and helpful; we are both in our late 60s! Toilet and shower facilities clean, accessible, working well- and hot water!!! Safe boxes- great! Clean linen and towel hire helpful. Overall a positive experience

Quite simply the best hostel in Florence. Beds are widely scattered in old-style rooms with high ceilings. The staff are super friendly and above all flexible. There are two terraces if you want to enjoy the sun... or the shade. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I've never felt so safe at a hostel. My room was a female only, and they have a whole building only for female bedrooms, the vibe was like a sorority. There was free food, free breakfast 24/7, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hostel, the women running it were very kind at my arrival. I really needed a place like this, it felt like a warm hug during my trip.

My dream hostel in Florence. First of all, location was super good. It is next to church and the canal. Inside of the hostel was amazing. It doesn’t even feel like hostel. Rooms were big clean and comfy. Definetly the best hostel in Florence

The property is situated in a very quiet part of Florence. If you like to walk, it is the perfect hostel for you as it is a good 20 minute walk from the centre. It has complete facilities for both work, leisure and long stay. It has a coworking space, a bar and pool, and locker storage/laundry facility. Best for backpackers, students, and people on a budget looking for a cheap accomodation.

This is the most beautifully designed, well kept, fun and in general - best hostel in Florence. The price is good for the standards of the city, which means that anything cheaper won’t be worth the money. Apart from that, there is a free welcome drink and lots of other free goodies during your stay. However, the kindness, the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff is priceless. This all results with a great social connection between all the guests. I highly recommend it!
