Clelia and Bob were incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and so was the shared bathroom. We had an amazing experience in Pontebba thanks to the wonderful hosts who gave us good recommendations and a nice chat.

2nd Station Hostel ligt in Bled, op 4,2 km van Eiland Bled, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. One of the best hostels I've stayed in. A large common room with big windows, gives you a lot of space and a great opportunity to meet new people. Location is perfect: close to the mountains, close to Lake Bled and lake Bohinj. Public transport nearby. The owners are super kind and helpful. I've stayed there for 4 days but it was not enough because there are so many things to do and also it was a bit sad to leave the hostel with that atmosphere. Will be back for sure

For my wife, it was actually her very first hostel experience. She said, “Your first hostel is like your first «love» you never forget it.” And I think she’s right. If all hostels were like this one, people would have a totally different impression. Normally, when you think about a hostel, you imagine noise, alcohol, dirt, and discomfort. But here it felt like we just came to visit friends or family. Katja, the owner, has been running this place for many years, and she created it in memory of her grandmother, Mamma Minka. You can literally feel that love in every single detail — every note on the wall, every corner. It’s all filled with warmth, memories, and respect for her grandmother. And I have to mention the cleanliness: it’s absolutely spotless. You can walk barefoot everywhere, not a single hair, not a speck of dust. For those who are super picky about cleanliness — relax, this place is perfect. The energy of this hostel is incredible. Breakfast is made with love, and Katja herself is amazing — she gave us great advice on where to go, what to see, and shared stories that made us feel so welcome. At first, we chose this hostel because other options were too expensive. But now, after staying here, we know that even if we have plenty of other choices next time, we will definitely come back to Katja’s.

Central Hostel Lesce-Bled bevindt zich in Lesce, op 4,1 km van Sporthal Bled, en biedt een gedeelde lounge, rookvrije kamers, en gratis WiFi. Everything was perfect. It was clean, well-decorated, and pleasant. The owners do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pods are spacious and airy. The kitchen is well-equipped. The best of both worlds: togetherness and privacy.

Fedrig Hostel rooms Apartment for 10 ligt in Kobarid, op 48 km van Friuli stadion. De accommodatie is rookvrij en is gelegen op 42 km van Informatiecentrum Nationaal Park Triglav. The level of care and attention to detail that was put into this place is admirable! There wasn’t one thing missing, it was so clean, facilities new, with modern bathroom, comfortable beds, amazing views and everything we could think of :) Make sure to have your morning coffee on the balking overlooking the mountains! It was also a bonus that we got a bigger room and since there wasn’t anyone else in the hostel, we had the whole kitchen with the dinning room to ourselves.
