I don't mean to use the 'don't like' section because I loved every moment spent there, but there's a few things that travellers need to keep in mind: this is a mountain stay, which means accepting simple rules, sharing spaces and places with respect (sometimes with patience), using water wisely, especially hot water, which is heated by a solar system. I'm 46 yo, I've shared the dorm with a group of 5 young friends travelling together, and we never bothered each other, not a single time in three days, even with a party going on outside on Saturday afternoon, and this because the place is so comfortable and well organized, the staff meets everyone's desires, and everybody showed respect. The true mountain spirit lives in this magical place, where I felt at home.
