The location is spectacular, with Mt. Fuji as the breathtaking backdrop. Waking up to this view every morning from the common area is a dream. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and Michi's willingness to offer advice and help with any needs truly stands out. I extended my stay because I couldn't bear to leave. If you're looking for an unforgettable Mt. Fuji experience with a wonderful host, look no further than Michi's hostel. It's a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend. Feeling Like a Part of Asuke – A Heartwarming Stay Located just a 10-minute walk from Korankei, the hotel offers excellent access, making it an ideal base for exploring the area, especially during the autumn foliage season. The owner’s warm and welcoming personality adds to the charm of this stay. They shared many insights about the history and highlights of Asuke, making me feel as though I had become a part of this beautiful town. I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.
