All units in 城崎温泉 HOSTEL Waraku are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. beautiful facility, very comfortable private room. staff are friendly. great location, close to the main street and not busy. would not consider this a social hostel however, but great for a short stay in kinosaki.

She was very helpful and had a great chat with her too. The facility was clean and tidy with a lot of thought put into the decor and atmosphere of the place. It's very homey. The room we stayed in had enough space to lay out our luggages on the floor. The bunk beds were comfortable and clean. The washroom and showers were clean and stocked with supplies. Mii, the owner is always within reach if you need anything. Mii and Nao spoke English and gave us really good recommendations of places to visit in the area. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the train station, laundromat around the corner, and a really good local okonomiyaki place next door. This is a must-stay for those who wants to meet new friends and on a budget.

The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. This has been one of my favorite BnBs in Japan during my 10 years of travel experience. Our family had an excellent time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
