Location was great and it was nice and clean. Basic facilities.

This property was stunningly beautiful, a wonderful old Japanese tea house. We were absolutely delighted. Not for those looking for a luxurious modern hotel, but absolutely perfect for us. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go, right next to Nara park, but not far from the station. Takashi, our host, was charming and spoke perfect English. He recommended where to go and returned to the house to show us how to turn the heating on when it got cold. We had a wonderful stay and we already miss it!

Great place for amazing value The place is greatly located in the middle of Nara, near Railway Station and all Sites During night it is extremely quiet place what enabled us to rest before next days of sightseeing

Quite clean and very comfortable. The admins were both incredibly nice. Mr. Takeru, and unfortunately I don’t know the other admin’s name. Kitchen facilities aren’t available, only a microwave, but it was manageable.
