- Property is a 5 minute walk from kutchan Station, 3 minute walk from a supermarket, so you can cook and prepare food as you like. - The views around the property are gorgeous. - There is also a free shuttle every morning to the slopes. - The place is clean and has a homey vibe. - manager Ryo-san is an asset to this place, he is an expert on the area and a great host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to niseko/kutchan, whatever the season.

We stayed 4 nights in a double room with ensuite bathroom. The room was spotless, staff was super friendly and very helpful from the beginning till the end. They offer a mixed Japanese/Western breakfast and have a very convenient in-house ramen place for dinner. Also, a little convenient store is right across the street. Shuttle service to the ski resort as well as from and to the local train station. One evening during our stay, they even hosted a Japanese cultural event for the guests. We had a great stay and would certainly recommend this place!

This was very(!) comfortable accommodation! My room was beautiful and clean, and you get your room to yourself. The aircon was great in summer. Kitchen facilities and common areas were great and also very clean. It is located in the cute town of Kutchan, and it easy to walk around the town.

It was clean and cozy. The staff was really nice and helpful. There’s a fridge, microwave to bring your own food. The common space was nice, a good place to hang out after a big day riding. The shuttles to the mountain work out really well and very handy. There’s all the convini walking distance. Was very lucky to have a great crew solo travelers as well and end up riding and having lots of fun

The property (As a solo traveller) is perfect, in comparison to nearby accommodation it is affordable, the staff are amazing and super friendly. The facilities for washing are a bit lacking but you can always use the resort facilities as a stop gap. Otherwise for the price and location of YOUTEI I would recommend it for anyway who would like to stay in Rusutsu for a longer period of time for a price that isn’t excessive.
