The accommodation was cozy and walking distance away from the nearest city tram station. The owner was friendly and goes the extra mile to get to know his guests, and provide recommendations and suggestions accordingly. Being away from Toyama city center, one can get a glimpse of a quieter neighborhood, which is a big plus.

All rooms in the hostel are fitted with a kettle. With a shared bathroom equipped with a bidet and a hairdryer, rooms at Travelers' house ROOTs also offer free WiFi. Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. It is very close to station, about 7min walk. The beds were were very comfy and staff spoke both Enlgish and Japanese. There is also free coffee and tea in the morning with a V60 at service.

Guests at the hostel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Nanto, like hiking, skiing and fishing. The place, the house itself, the kitchen, the staff, the wifii, the soroundings, the guitars, the quiet. Was one of the best places of my trip.
