The view from the double room’s balcony is incredible - we spend the whole evening just watching the waves come and go. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super nice.

Located in the up and coming coastal town of Midigama on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, Lime & Co Hostel is a surfers paradise. This charming hostel is located right opposite the beach within close distance to at least 5 well known surf breaks. We had an amazing stay! What made the experience truly special was the staff – absolutely outstanding! Every single person, from the security guard to the manager, was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Such wonderful people who made us feel right at home. We also appreciated how the place takes care of its guests, including spraying for mosquitoes to make the stay more comfortable. The shared area by the pool, along with the kitchen and dining tables, is well-maintained, high-quality, and has a great vibe. The nearby train and the restaurant kitchen’s proximity were a bit of a downside, but there are so many positive aspects that we’re mentioning it only as a side note, without affecting the excellent rating this place deserves. And finally – Layan is truly a special person, and he is now like family to us! ❤️ Highly recommended!

The place is clean, cozy, and has such a nice vibe. As a solo traveler, I met some great friends at the hostel and really enjoyed spending time with the other guests. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. I liked it so much that I’m already planning to come back next year with a group of friends — we want to book the whole place for our vacation.
