I went as a solo traveler and found that the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to volunteers Gary and Lana for always being helpful and kind! I also am a surfer and thought the distance from the break would bother me but, in the end the walk along the beach was nice, and the collectivos ran frequently so I didn’t mind it in the end.

Location was great as I was near Carrazillo beach, It is one of several locations I’ve stayed in Puerto and it is easily the best for location, facilities and atmosphere. Stayed in a comfortable private room and the volunteers made me feel so welcomed, shoutout to Joanna, Natalia, Mario, Fritz, Danny, Karina, Emily and Wario. The atmosphere is social but is just right and they have daily activities were I went on a sunset hike one night and salsa night the next

All rooms have a daily cleaning service. I LOVED my stay at Casa Losodeli. I stayed for almost three weeks and have felt so welcome - met amazing people, and the volunteers and staff are outstanding. The rooms are basic and clean (I stayed in four different room types during my time at Losodeli). Jesus, Diego, and Adrianna were always so much help - and I loved the activities they planned each night. The wifi was reliable with the exception of one day, which was huge for me since I'm working remotely. The location was great - walking distance to so many beaches and a 15 min drive to La Punta. I also rented a scooter for about two weeks which made getting around even easier. I'd totally come back here to stay! In fact, I will be back!
