La Punta's prime location is arguably best experienced at Frutas y Verduras. We spent just over two weeks exploring every corner of this house, one of the first in the area. Despite the lively atmosphere of La Punta, Frutas y Verduras offers a peaceful retreat. The service was exceptional, thanks to the very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The property boasts several relaxing spaces, from the swimming pool to the main terrace. Our favorite spot was the 'eagle nest' atop the building, offering a spectacular view of the beach and surf lineup. Breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of toasts, waffles, crepes, and more. We truly felt at home, and a heartfelt thanks goes out to the entire team.

The pictures show the reality! Everything looks new, the air-conditioning in the room was amazing, each bed has its own lamp, the staff is very welcoming and the location is in a quiet area that is close to the restaurants and the beaches. The lady who looked after the property was extremely helpful and lovely - she also made the best breakfast each morning, which was a great added extra. I think for the price it was great value for money within close walking distance to the shops and the beach.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a bus that was leaving at 8pm, we checked out at 12 and they let us leave our bags there until we got the bus, even offering the shower facilities before we left.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, large room, hot showers in shared bathroom which was always clean, safety was excellent, “location, location, location” a few blocks to everything! Excellent coffee, free, most of the day/evening. Roof top and side terraces were wonderful and great city views.
