Very good hostel. It's very clean also. The manager is adorable and gives you good advice on what to visit. The bed is very comfy and you get your privacy easily with the curtain. I loved it. A washing machine is also available .

The host is very helpful. our flight was very late. but he was waiting for us till the midnight. gave us useful information. The hostel is like traditional penang old house. looks like a museum. Really nice experience~ strongly recommend~

The warm welcome and the kindness of the staff are really making us moved. The location is perfect, all famous view spots are within walking distance. The price of this output is something u can never get.

Super friendly and easily reachable staff, they let us leave our backpacks while waiting for the room and also prepared the room earlier and informed us once it was ready. They left us a sweet Xmas note with sweets, which was such a warm welcoming gesture. Good location in the city centre, many eateries around. The room had everything we needed, and there many showers and toilets so even though we didn't have a private bathroom we never had to wait to use one. Could be slightly cleaner. But on the whole, great value for money and I would definitely choose this place again.

The host was so nice and attentive. The rooms were spacious and I felt safe. It’s right near the centre of George Town and you can walk everywhere from the place. The host also allowed me to extend my stay as I made split decision to stay longer as I was enjoying the place very much
