View of the harbour - lights on top of moored sailing vessels beautiful at night. Across the road from large supermarket that also sells hot pies, chips, etc etc. Very convenient. Bed was firm but they gave me an extra doona to soften it up for my bad hips. Very affordable. Had the twin bed & ensuite. Lift is fast.

This is a lovely friendly hostel, and it's really well situated right near Cuba Street. It's clean and safe and they have a great kitchen which is well equipped with big fridges!

Well located for exploring Wellington, the hotel has both hotel rooms and backpacker (hostel style) accommodation. We stayed in a twin room with shared bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable. The fridge was a bonus, and there was no issue waiting for a shower at any time. We also ate in the bar downstairs and the food was delicious!

Great location in the centre of town and up a wee hill. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was normally always someone at reception if I had a question. Great breakout spaces for chilling or having something to eat. Place felt secure and safe and not too noisy either. Most travellers there were super friendly and easy to talk to.
