The kitchen was fully equipped. Nice sitting areas outside and on the roof. Carla and Miguel were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent. The place is just a one-minute walk from a lovely beach. Beautiful nature, quiet surroundings, and a relaxing countryside. The hostel has only one house, recently refurbished and well-kept, so we had the entire swimming pool (with very clean water and lights) to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, as was the lunch, for very good value for money. The host is generous and very friendly – he even invited us to join his family at the local fair in a nearby village, which the children appreciated a lot. We also highly recommend the airport transfer service; we traveled with the host back to the airport, and everything was seamless. Many thanks for a wonderful stay – it was a real pleasure!

Die Unterkunft Hostal Familiar El Ángel Panamá B&B bietet einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in Pajonal Arriba. Ländlich gelegen neben dem Haus der Familie. Die Eigentümerin hat uns die Pflanzen und Früchte gezeigt, welche sie in ihrem Garten anbauen. Es gibt nur ein Doppelzimmer und ein 6 Bett Zimmer. Die Chance der einzige Gast zu sein ist hoch. Die Gastgeberin hat uns spontan Abendessen gemacht, für welches wir einen fairen Preis bezahlt haben. Das Frühstück wurde frisch mit lokalen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Ausflug ins ländliche Panama. Die Gastgeberin spricht fließend Englisch. Es gibt eine eigene Küche für die Gäste sowie eine überdachte Terrasse mit Hängematten.

Das Bodhi El Valle befindet sich in El Valle und bietet kostenfreies WLAN in allen Bereichen, einen Garten und Grillmöglichkeiten. Die Parkplätze nutzen Sie kostenfrei. One of my top hostels in Central America! Bodhi is everything a hostel should be, it was spacious, clean, with friendly staff, events/ways for solo travellers to meet, as well as a well stocked kitchen with lots of space and hot showers! They also had lots of different hang out spaces, places to eat, socialise, rest etc. But also got the little things right e.g. they set clear expectations for the dorms and then made it possible for this to work e.g. lights out at x time, but here is several other spaces you hang out until whatever time you like! The breakfast was also excellent, cooked fresh and varying each morning it was a great way to start the day. They have a movie room, bikes to rent, a yoga space and organised hikes which were a lot of fun. The mattresses even had mattress protectors (a tiny bit noisy but that’s so fine as at least you know they take hygiene seriously!). The value for money was also excellent. Beds had their own curtains, power outlets, lights, fans and lockers. No space was cramped either.

Die Unterkunft Hostal familiar Villa Nome bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Penonomé. Man hat extra bis spät abends auf uns gewartet, da wir uns mit dem Auto festgefahren hatten. Das war sehr nett! Die Unterkunft ist absolut sauber, einladend und hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Einfach ausgestattet, aber liebevoll, mit allem, was man braucht! Außerdem sind alle überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen! Preis-Leistung top

Walking distance to the main strip in town with many restaurants and bakeries available . Wonderful, hiking trails close by .

Luz speaks mostly Spanish, so if you don't, Google translate is your friend. She helped me with my Spanish. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was eggs, toast, coffee, and fruit usually. One day she made Venezuelan arepa (flatbread). Lots of help with bus information and places to go. They accommodated a couple special requests. Wonderful back patio with hammocks, special lighting, and seating. Games for children. Highly recommend. Wifi was decent, but may not be up to digital nomad standards. Many restaurants and some grocery stores. May need to text owner you are here since gate is locked (WhatsApp +507 6200‑4371) Tip: If you arrive by bus to Rio Hato and take taxi/small bus to location, you may need to say Posada Acuarela, not Acuarela Hostel.

The hostel had a very nice vibe and the staff was friendly and super helpful. The location is great. You can directly start walking from the hostel to explore a few hiking routes. Or take the bus to routes a bit further away.
