The staff are super friendly, helpful, and make you feel right at home. They organize excellent tours and trips around Ica, Huacachina, and beyond — always great value and perfectly arranged. The hostel has everything you need: clean and comfortable rooms, good facilities, a big TV room with Netflix etc. and nice common areas to relax or meet other travelers. It’s one of the best-value places in Ica and maybe whole Peru, and definitely my go-to whenever I’m back in town. Highly recommended!

Host Jan Carlos gave a very informative introduction to Ica with a free personalised map showing local places of interest, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The location was excellent - 5 minutes walk from the historic centre and restaurants yet not on a main road so much quieter than some hostels in Ica. A taxi to Huacachina is just 7.50 Soles and ive never stayed in such a clean hostel. Although there is no kitchen there is an area with microwave, cutlery and crockery within the rooftop bar / chill out area where you can bring your own beer and food to the large fridge provided. There is free water and the showers were hot and with good pressure. Jan Carlos definitely gets 5 stars for being the most friendly, helpful and kind host.

Boasting a shared lounge and a poolside bar, Wild Rover Huacachina is situated in Ica, 150 m from Huacachina Oasis and in the center of the night life in Ica and Huacachina with clubs for the afterparty after the bar closure. Located within walking distance of all the local clubs, restaurants and it is in the backyard of the dunes. I absolutely loved this place. Great location, events every night, super friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms. Also, chilling the whole day at the pool was really nice.

Golden sand, a beautiful boulevard and an endless horizon will accompany you while you spend the day in the Oasis of Huacachina. Breakfast was nice. Everything was good. Good vibe, clean Pool, nice bar-men. Good price.

At the hostel, all rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. Loved this simple property that had everything you need and some really nice touches, like an outdoor community space. It was in an incredibly good location to a lovely plaza , restaurants and shopping. Great value!!!!
