I had a wonderful stay at this cozy new hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place to stay. I was a bit skeptical at first because the price was on the higher side for a hostel, but it was totally worth it. They’re still on soft opening, but everything was clean and organized and the staff were accommodating. I was actually the only guest during my visit, so it felt like I had the whole hostel to myself. The ambiance throughout the hostel and cafe is relaxed, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the built-in reading light and power outlets, which made it easy to relax and recharge (literally and figuratively). When it comes to safety, the place is well-covered with CCTVs throughout. While the rooms currently use traditional door locks (they’re planning to upgrade to keycards), I felt secure during my stay. There’s also a security guard on-site. Lockers are available in the hostel room but remember to bring your own padlock. The location is okay - just a short walk to Araneta City, so it’s super convenient if you’re watching a concert or catching a provincial bus out of the metro. One standout for me was the amazing Tapsilog meal for breakfast. I was expecting something basic, but it turned out to be a real treat. It’s clear that the team behind this hostel is passionate about what they’re building. While they’re still refining a few things as part of the soft launch, I’m confident it’ll only get even better from here. I have made a few recommendations to the management based on my experience and I hope they'll consider. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others. ✨

Located in Poblacion, Makati City, Z Hostel offers stylish and comfortable accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Auch als Familie sehr zu empfehlen. Die jungen Volontäre haben sich prima um uns und unsere Kids gekümmert. Besonders beliebt war der Gaming Room mit Billard und Tischtennisplatte. Und wenn du noch letzte Unsicherheiten hinsichtlich deiner Philippinenreise hast, frag einfach nach Mark. Er hilft dir geduldig mit guten Tipps weiter. Am Nachmittag gibt es immer eine interessante kostenlose, einstündige Tour durchs Viertel. Ach und nicht zu vergessen der tolle Blick von der Dachterrasse !

Die Unterkunft Cheese Hostel Manila bietet einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in Manila. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Bar, die auch Essen anbietet. Wasser wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich war eine Nacht im 10-Bett-Zimmer, dort war es aber viel zu heiß. Das 4-Bett-Zimmer war dagegen viel angenehmer, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Der Preis ist natürlich hervorragend. Ich konnte mein Gepäck gegen eine kleine Gebühr in der Unterkunft lassen als ich für ein paar Tage in den Norden gereist bin.
