Excellent breakfast, many options. Also loved the location and that there was a pool which my grandson used almost everyday. The apartment was clean and towels were changed everyday. Any issues were quickly dealt with.

A new, very clean, and modern hostel. The kitchen was well equipped, nice kitchenware. Bed was comfy, not very soft, which I liked.
They have a little terrace too. It's a keyless place. You get a code for everything.
Just bring your own coffee.

The accomodation easily surpassed our expectations. Based on the word hostel it was simply not what we expected. Our room was beautiful, the AC came in handy since it was really hot when we visited, and the common area was great as well.

The hostel is brand new. Everything is new, clean, tidy and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I am also glad to find a female dorm with the bathroom inside the room. They even have an extra toilet so you have 2 toilets for a room of six. It also has a good location, 5 minute walk to the supermarket and bus station. The port is also nearby. I forgot to mention that the hostel has a back yard and wonderful views. One side you can see mount Pico and the other is Sao Jorge island.

5 star hostel! Super clean and everything seems newly decorated, this place was decorated with great care. Lockers in the dorm room (bring a padlock or they offer to give you one), views of the mountain and a great kitchen, lounge and garden. Location was central and 2 mins to the port.
The building itself is very aesthetically pleasing, its like a fairytail. The breakfast was okay, just the usual. The hostel was very close to a bus station and had large parking facilities. The view from the room ( or just any window you could look out of ) was wonderfull, very nice views of mount pico.
