Everything was great! I chose this hostel based on the location, because I wanted to be close to Marques and I am glad I did it.
First of all, the staff was awesome! They made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the very first moment. There was always someone in the reception and this made me feel very safe. The temperature was good, since it is December and it was warm inside the building.
Also, I should mention how clean this place was. I was very happy to see this, they do a great job! The breakfast was for free and they offer a variety to choose. I totally recommend this place, there is nothing that I didn't like. Keep doing this amazing job! Thank you!!

Staff were incredibly friendly and prepared to help with any queries. Full explanation of Lisbon is provided too at beginning of stay. I chose this as my first solo travel hostel and I have no complaints! The social activities in the evening were great to meet new people too.

Everyone working there made my son (17) and I feel welcome, including the owner, Jose. We have stayed in many hostels across multiple countries and CSH is very safe, affordable, and well maintained.

Very nice dormitory with a curtain that offers some privacy. The bed is very confortable and the locker has a lot of space. The staff was cleaning constantly even late in the evening and early in the morning so the bathrooms were very clean. I was a female solo traveler, I stayed in a female only dormitory, and I felt very safe in the hostel! I totally recommend!
The best hostel that you can choose for a trip to Lissabon! I’ve stayed there only for one night because the day afterwards I was heading to another city but still the stuff was explaining me everything (what to visit…). They were amazing! I’ve also attended one of the many events that they organized (tapas night with fado music) which was so much fan! And the prices are really cheap for what they offer!
Bunk bed is double bed size, which is nice. Blanket and pillow are clean and soft. The hostel has great location.
