It offers accommodation with a mountain view. The rooms were simple but very clean, with all the required equipment (towels, extra blankets etc.) The owner of the place is very friendly, he recommended us his favorite hike routes and let us leave our stuff there after checking out, even let us check in before 2p.m. Such a lovely experience, thank you!!

Hikers Paradise Hostel High Tatras is situated in Železničná Stanica Štrba, within 44 km of Demänovská Ice Cave and 48 km of Dobsinska Ice Cave. The property is non-smoking and is set 11 km from Strbske Pleso Lake. I was welcomed by a smiling staff, and some people were watching a TV series right next to the reception/bar desk. It gave off a very cozy, family-like vibe. There is also a few places to work from your laptop. It seemed enough places for off-season, might be a bit packed for the season. I will anyhow try to stay here again next time I go to Tatras.

Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Although they allowed me to leave my backpack there after check out, It would be nice if hostel could provide a storage room or paid locker.

The property is around 32 km from Treetop Walk, 33 km from Strbske Pleso Lake and 41 km from Spis Castle. Location in Poprad was great and also only 20 min walk to train. Staff was friendly and helpful checking in.
