Breakfast is amazing and always fresh when you want it. The location is perfect, in a quiet part of the Old Town but great especially for the Sunday Night Market. The room is clean and the lockers are designed perfectly, so I had more than enough space for my belongings. Showers and toilets are always very clean. They organize a lot of activities like day trips and always try to include as many people as possible, so you can meet lots of cool people that way. They also have a washing machine and a dryer, so I didn’t have to worry about that.

This is a simple, clean, secure, safe and quiet accommodation right at the centre of Chiang Mai old town. it is in a small alley so it is completely isolated from any street noise. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The staff is very smiley and welcoming. This is not a hotel so don't expect to have luxury facilities or daily room cleaning. For a short stay considering the price, location and cleanliness, we thought it was a great value for money. It is cozy place with all the basic needs included.
