The location of the hotel is in the heart of old Phuket town. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms and furnitures are well maintained. The hotel is decorated with a lot of indoor plants, and has nice lighting. For the big room with the balcony is really nice view from the room tool. The owner is very friendly, and really takes care of you. She prepares breakfast to all guests for free, I can tell that she put a lot of thoughts in it to help you experience the local food. She prepared a diversified collection of tasty food and a lot of desserts. Overall she makes you feel that you are being taken care of. She speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

This review is long over due because I stayed here last month for a long period of time and when I tell you this is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in ! The best ! Pang (the owner) and the rest of the girls, I wish I remembered their names but they were so sweet and accommodating. This will be the safest and cleanest hostel you’ll stay in and take it from someone who strictly did 4-5 star hotels with no bedroom to share so you can imagine I was hestitant to stay at a hostel but this was by far one of the best choices I made choosing this place to stay. If you want a sense peace in the chaos of Patong this is your spot ! Don’t second guess it, I will come back and stay here over and over again. Location 5/5 Clean 10/5 Hospitality 1000/5. This was a great way to end my 4 month stay in Thailand. highly recommend !

The staff was really friendly; helpful. I was having some issues with my credit card while booking bus tickets. When I asked the girl from the staff....she did the booking & payment on my behalf from her card ...later I paid her in cash......it was so kind & sweet of her to even print the copy of my ticket......I would recommend anyone looking for nice & pleasant stay in phuket within the town area....also 7 11 is just around the corner
