The vibe that place has is unmatched. One of my favourite backpackers I have ever been to! The rooms are cozy and the chill spaces are breathtaking! I’d highly recommend the place to anyone travelling in Zanzibar!

Set within less than 1 km of House of Wonders and a 6-minute walk of Old Fort of Zanzibar, VUGA Hostel provides rooms in Zanzibar City. The property is non-smoking and is located 200 metres from Stone Town Beach. I was the only guest so I had the whole hostel to myself.

The property is 400 metres from Supermarket (Paje) and a 19-minute walk from Zanzibar Kite Paradise. The staff Sara was very kind and enjoyable. It's a shame that 2 doesn't have Wi-Fi, but 1 was very comfortable and easy to spend time in.

Kasim was an excellent host, very friendly and gave excellent advice.

A calm cozy hostel with a relaxing garden, perfect for younger backpackers and solo travelers conveniently located in the Nungwi Beach district of Nungwi, Green's Hostel Nungwi is situated 200 meters from Supermarket, 400 meters from East Africa Divers and 500 metres from World Wide Supermarket. The property is located 300 meters from Nungwi Beach. The accommodation offers a 24-hour security, a shared kitchen. A pool under the palms in the Green garden. The hotel staff Mohammed, Sara were great and helpful. The security guard was very friendly and welcoming. AC was wonderful after a day in the sun at the beach. They kept my bags secure on my last day after checkout without issue. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Abeid Amani Karume International Airport is 7 km from the property. Just the best place to stay in Stonetown for a true Stonetown experience. Full of old town charm and character. The staff were beyond excellent. Be sure to get breakfast at the Stonetown Cafe and to visit all the markets.
